Your specialists, now in any browser tab
HQ has always lived where you work. Until now that meant Slack and Teams. Today it follows you into the browser: the HQ extension is live on the Chrome Web Store, and it puts your specialists one keystroke away on any tab.
The same specialists, in any tab
This is not a separate product. Pin the HQ side panel and the same specialists, the same threads, and the same memory you use in Slack and Teams come with you. A conversation you started this morning in Slack is right there in the afternoon while you work in your CRM. One team, one memory, wherever you happen to be.
It works inside your session
This is the part that matters. The specialist works inside your own logged-in browser session. It acts on the dashboards, admin panels, and internal tools only you can reach, the ones with no public API and no integration to install. If you can open it in your browser, your specialist can work in it with you. No keys to wire up, no OAuth dance, no waiting for us to build a connector.
Hand off the page you are on
Open the panel on the page in front of you and hand it off. The specialist reads what is on screen, the way a person would, and takes it from there: pull the figures out of this dashboard, summarize this long thread, draft a reply to this ticket, turn this table into a clean document. The page you are looking at is the brief.
The same trust model, in the browser
Acting inside your session does not loosen anything. Every conversation still runs on its own private, isolated machine, every action is still bound to the person who asked and written to a log that cannot be edited after the fact, and your data still lives in the region you chose. The browser is a new doorway to your specialists, not a new exception to how they are governed.
